    让人直吮手指的酸辣大虾,几乎是每个家庭常见的家常菜。要煮出美味,除了酱汁调得对,记得大虾不能煮得太熟!

    Step 1

    起锅热油,把蒜茸、黑豆豉及指天椒炒香。Heat oil,add garlic,preserved black beans and bird’s eye chillies. Stir-fry until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入虾,赞入花雕酒,炒至香。Add in prawns then drizzle in wine and fry until aromatic.

    Step 3

    加入酱汁材料和高汤,加盖煮至虾熟。Add gravy ingredients and pour in chicken stock. Cover the saucepan and cook for a while until prawns turn red and are cooked.

    Step 4

    掀盖,加入青葱和莞荽,搅拌后盛出。Remove the saucepan cover and add in spring onion and coriander. Toss and fry briefly.
