【烹饪小贴士】可以把这些搅拌好的材料先放进冰箱一小时,冷藏过的材料要搓圆形也比较容易。

    Directions

    Step 1

    把所有材料混合,以固定方向搅拌。Put all ingredients and seasoning into mixing bowl,stir in one direction.

    Step 2

    把糊料做成丸子,沾蛋白再沾杏仁粒。Shape into ball,dip egg white,then dip almond nibs.

    Step 3

    热4杯油,把杏仁虾球炸至金黄色,然后滴干油。Heat up 4 cups cooking oil,deep fried the almond prawn ball until golden colour and cooked, drain.

    Step 4

    配辣椒酱吃。Serve with chilli sauce.
