如果将这道洋葱蛋变成西式馅饼的话,那么又是怎么样的一种味道呢?这个突发奇想,很快就实现,成功将一道家常菜变成一份小点心后,我只能说,这"马铃薯洋葱派"用上的不止是手边的日常材料,连做起来也非常简单快捷。一个早起的清晨,或一个慵懒的午后,刚出炉、味道甜甜咸咸的马铃薯洋葱派,或配着一杯热豆奶,或配着一杯冰果汁,无论大人或小孩,这将是一天中最美丽的享受。
马铃薯去皮、蒸熟后稍微压成泥状,备用。Peel potato and steam until cooked, mash and set aside.
将马铃薯泥、洋葱末、青葱末、莫扎里拉芝士碎和调味料放入碗中拌匀。Combine potatoes, onion, spring onion, Mozzarella cheese and seasoning in mixing bowl.
打入鸡蛋,拌匀成糊状,备用。Beat in egg and mixes well.
将玛芬烤盘涂上一层橄榄油,用勺子取适量的马铃薯蛋糊,填入模内。Grease muffin mold with olive oil, scoop mashed potato mixture into mold.
放进烤箱,以200度烤约20分钟至表面呈黄金、有点微焦即可。Bake in pre-heated oven at 200℃ for 20 minutes or light brown.
