    Step 1

    在锅内煮滚上汤,放入梅肉和猪肚煮沸。 Bring stock to boil in a stock pot, once boiled, add in pork loin and pig's stomach.

    用汤匙把鱼胶切小份放入滚汤里煮至浮起。 Use a spoon, scoop fish paste into the boiling stock, cook till fish ball afloat.(

    加入鱼鳔煮滚,调味料后即可盛碗,撒入青 葱粒,趁热上桌。 Lastly add in fish maw, bring to boil again, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top, serve immediately
