    Step 1

    将鸡腿去皮斩成2半,然后川烫沸水并洗净待用。 Remove skin of drumstick, and cut into half, and then blanch in boiling water, wash.

    Step 2

    鲜淮山去皮切滚刀状,丹参洗净,红枣洗净。 Peel fresh Huai Shan, cut into wedges, wash red ginseng and red dates.

    Step 3

    把全部材料放入炖盅内,注入水,然后加盖隔水炖2小时。 Place all in ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 2 hours.

    Step 4

    调入少许盐试味后便可享用。 Season with dash of salt.
