【材料】
莲藕200克、杏鲍菇2条、百果10粒、雪耳50克、甜豆50克
【调味料】
盐½茶匙、糖½茶匙、酱油½茶匙
【做法】
1. 将莲藕、百果、雪耳及甜豆放入沸水中川烫好备用。(图1-3)
2. 将杏鲍菇切段,以少许植物油煎至微黄备用。(图4-5)
3. 锅内热少许油,放入莲藕、百果及甜豆炒匀。
4. 加入雪耳及杏鲍菇,加入调味料拌炒均匀即可。(图6-7)


【Ingredients】
200g lotus root, 2 drumstick mushroom, 10 pcs gingko, 50g white fungus, 50g sweet peas
【Seasoning】
½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp soy sauce
【Method】
1. Blanch lotus root, ginkgo and white fungus in boiling water and drain.(pic 1-3)
2. Cut drumstick mushroom into blocks and then sear with some margerine until light brown. (pic
4-5)
3. Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry lotus root, ginkgo and sweet pea.
4. Toss in white fungus and sauted drumstick mushroom; add in seasoning, stir well and dish out. (pic6-7)
