    营养价值和美味兼备的鸡蛋肉汉堡,脆脆的外皮夹着肉饼、芝士和蛋,不只是小朋友喜欢连大人也爱吃。

    Step 1

    将所有肉馅材料混合,拌至起胶状,分成6份,备用。Mix all the meat filling ingredients, stir the mixture clockwise until it forms a paste, divide into 6 portions, set aside.

    Step 2

    将所有汉堡面糊材料中的干材料混合均匀,然后倒入温水,搅拌成呈流水状的细腻面糊,分成12份,放置一旁,备用。Mix all the dry ingredients in the burger batter evenly, pour in warm water and stir well. Divide into 12 portions and set aside.

    Step 3

    开小火,将4格煎蛋锅都刷上食油,在其中2格各打入一粒鸡蛋,弄散蛋黄后,各舀入1份肉馅,接着撒上适量洋葱末、葱花和芝士,慢慢煎至鸡蛋凝固。Turn on low heat, brush all 4 grids of egg frying grill pan with cooking oil, crack an egg into each of 2 grids, after breaking up the yolks, scoop 1 portion of meat filling into each, sprinkle some minced onion, chopped green onion and Cheese, slowly fry until the eggs are set.

    Step 4

    在另外2格煎蛋锅内,分别各倒入1份面糊,然后将做法3的鸡蛋倒扣在面糊上。Pour 1 portion of the batter into the other 2 griddle pans, and place the eggs from method 3 upside down on the batter.

    Step 5

    在空出来的煎蛋锅内,再次刷上油,倒入各1份面糊,然后将做法4的鸡蛋肉馅上倒扣在面糊上。Brush oil again into the empty grid, pour 1 portion of batter in each, and then place the egg and meat filling from method 4 upside down on the batter.

    Step 6

    保持小火煎至2面金黄、熟透,上锅后刷上日式甜酱油即可享用;重复以上制法,完成剩余的材料。Keep frying on low heat until 2 sides are golden brown and cooked. After serving, brush with Japanese sweet soy sauce and enjoy; repeat the above method to complete the remaining ingredients.
