    杨桃片,酸酸甜甜十分爽口。它带着独特的果香,吃起来也非常开胃。

    Step 1

    用2大匙油爆香蒜茸和葱头仔碎,加入指天椒炒香,加入花肉片炒匀,加水和调味料煮至收汁。Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil, stir-fry garlic and shallots, add in chili padi, add in sliced pork belly, add in water and seasoning and cooked till sauce reduced.

    Step 2

    加入小杨桃和红辣椒炒匀1分钟,即可。Add in diced star fruit and red chili and stir-fry for 1 minute and serve.
