    Step 1

    炸鸡做法:先把腌料均匀地涂抹全部鸡腿,腌制20-30分钟。Method-Fried chicken:Marinate the chicken drumsticks with marinade ingredients for 20-30 minutes.

    Step 2

    将鸡腿均匀地沾上Cap Bintang玉米粉,放入热油炸15分钟至金黄色。捞起炸鸡,置放一旁备用。Coat the marinated chicken drumsticks with Cap Bintang corn starch and deep fry in hot oil for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a rack.

    Step 3

    再次烧开一锅热油,把炸鸡回锅二度炸3分钟,这是让炸鸡更加酥脆。Return the chicken drumsticks for 2nd frying in hot oil for about 3 minutes for a crispier and crunchier texture.

    Step 4

    取出鸡腿放在厨房纸巾上沥干油。Place the chicken drumsticks on paper towels for a few minutes to remove some of the oil.

    Step 5

    吃时配搭酸甜酱一起享用。Dish out and serve with sweet and sour dipping sauce.

    Step 6

    酱汁做法:平底锅热少许油,加入番茄酱、酸梅酱、糖和盐,炒匀。Method-Sweet and sour dipping sauce:Heat some oil in saucepan, add in tomato sauce, plum sauce,sugar and salt, whisk to combine.

    Step 7

    加入¼杯水,以中火煮至滚。加入番茄丁、黄色和青色的西葫芦,继续煮1分钟。即可享用。Add in ¼ cup water, cook over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add in tomato cubes, yellow and green zuccini, cook for another 1 minute.Ready to serve.
