    Step 1

    将椰青肉切条状备用。Cut coconut flesh into strips.

    Step 2

    取锅子将燕菜粉和水调匀。水量必须根据燕菜包装袋上的指示去调配!Mix agar-agar powder with adequte water according to packaing instruction.

    Step 3

    以大火将燕菜,椰肉和糖煮滚后转小火搅拌均匀熄火。Boil agar-agar mixture in high heat, and then turn to low heat and stir until fully disolved.

    Step 4

    滴上红蜜糖搅匀,将燕菜倒进容器放凉后存冰箱冷却。Drip in some Thai red honey and pour into tray to set in fridge after cooling.

    Step 5

    将做好的椰子凉糕切菱状或个人喜爱的形状即可享用 。Cut set agar-agar according to personl taste.
