    Step 1

    把鸡腿清洗干净后斩件,烫走血水捞起备用。Clean the chicken thighs, cut into pieces, blanch to remove blood, and set aside.

    Step 2

    把药材放入玻璃碗中,加入鸡腿肉捞均匀。Place the medicinal herbs in a glass bowl, add the chicken pieces, and mix well.

    Step 3

    起锅烧水,加入调味料以及料酒煮滚后倒入碗中,再拿保鲜膜封好。Boil water in a pot, add the seasonings and rice wine, bring to a boil, then pour into the bowl with the chicken and herbs. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

    Step 4

    把封好保鲜膜的虫草花鸡汤放入蒸笼,小火蒸至45分钟即可食用。Place the sealed bowl of cordyceps flower chicken soup in a steamer, steam over low heat for about 45 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
