    Directions

    Step 1

    把明虾剪须开背清洗干净备用。Trim the prawns, devein, and clean them. Set aside.

    Step 2

    把所有调味料倒入碗中搅拌均匀备用。Mix all the seasonings in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.

    Step 3

    起锅烧1汤匙油,倒入虾慢煎至两面金黄。Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and pan-fry the prawns until both sides turn golden brown.

    Step 4

    加入葱段一起爆香后,倒入调味料以及蒜米片炒至收汁。Add the spring onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Then pour in the seasonings and fried garlic slices, stir-frying until the sauce thickens.

    Step 5

    把炒好的虾放入碟中摆盘,放上辣椒丝点缀即可上桌。Arrange the cooked prawns on a serving plate, garnish with shredded chili and serve.
