健康香蕉金宝 Healthy Banana Crumble

材料:
A:香蕉8条、糖2汤匙、肉桂粉少许、葡萄干20克
B:牛油200克、糖150克、面粉300克、肉桂粉少许
做法:
1 将香蕉切段,再混合其余材料A备用。
2 将材料B放入Khind搅拌机,搅拌2分钟成面粉团屑。
3 将香蕉铺在准备好的耐热杯内,倒入面粉团屑。
4 放入预热至200℃的Khind电烘炉,烤25-30分钟至呈现金黄色即可。
5 摆上新鲜水果点缀即可享用。

Ingredients:
A: 8 bananas, 2 tbsp sugar, dash of cinnamon powder, 20g raisin
B: 200g butter, 150g sugar, 300g plain flour, dash of cinnamon powder
Method:
1 Cut bananas into sections, and then mixes with the rest of ingredients A, set aside.
2 Blend all ingredients B using Khind Stand Mixer for 2 minutes
to form crumble mixture.
3 Lay banana in heat-proof cup, spread crumble over bananas.
4 Pre-heat Khind Electric Oven at 200℃, put in bananas and
bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
5 Top with some fresh fruits to serve.
