印度香料烤鸡 Grilled Chicken With Indian Spices

【材料】
鸡全腿2个
【腌料】
A: 2茶匙盐、清水1公升
B: 印度混合香料粉1汤匙、盐1茶匙、白糖½茶匙、大葱½粒
(剁碎)、柠檬¼粒 (挤汁)
【配料】
马铃薯1粒、咖哩粉和盐适量、生菜适量
【做法】
1. 把鸡腿和腌料A装入塑胶袋里浸泡,收在冰箱隔夜。(图1-2)
2. 从塑胶袋取出鸡腿,冲洗滴干后加入腌料B腌至少1小时。(图3-4)
3. 放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤25分钟至金黄色即可。(图5)
4. 马铃薯煮熟连皮切厚条,炸至金黄色后滴干油,撒上
适量咖哩粉和盐,配烤鸡扒吃。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
2 chicken whole legs
Condiments】
A: 2 tsp salt, 1 liter water
B: 1 tbsp Garam masala powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, ½ onion (chopped), ¼ lemon ( juice)
【Sub-Ingredients】
1 potato, dash of curry powder & salt, some lettuce
【Method】
1. Place chicken whole legs in a plastic bag with salt and water, seak in fridge for over-night. (pic 1-2)
2. Remove chicken whole legs from plastic bag, rinse with water and drain; and then marinate with condiments B
for at least 1 hour. (pic 3-4)
3. Pre-heat oven at 180℃, grill the chicken whole legs for 25 minutes or until golden brown. (pic 5-6)
4. Cook potato, cut into thick chips with skin and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; sprinkle curry powder and salt
over; serve with chicken chop. (pic 7-8)
