咖啡酱热狗 Sloppy Joes braised in spicy White coffee sauce

【馅材料】
猪肉碎600克、SUPER炭烧白咖啡-经典 2包(40克庄)、红萝卜100克(剁碎)、大葱2粒(切粒)
【调味料】
烧烤酱1杯、红酒1杯、清水 ⁄ 杯、辣椒粉2汤匙、磨碎胡椒粉1茶匙、黄糖5汤匙、李派林黑醋 3汤匙、
芥末酱1汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、少许盐调味香肠面包、生菜
【做法】
1.在不粘锅内,将SUPER炭烧白咖啡-经典及其余材料全部搅拌均匀,中火煮20分钟至浓稠。(图1-5)
2.以调味料调味后熄火。
3.在香肠面包内搽上牛油,铺上生菜。
4.舀一汤匙的咖啡馅料置入面包内,即可享用。(图6)

【Filling Ingredients】
600g minced pork, 2 sachets [40g] SUPER Charcoal Roasted White Coffee
-Classic , 2 big onions(chopped), 100g carrot(chopped coarsely)
【Seasoning】
1cup BBQ sauce, 1 cup red wine, ⁄ cup water , 2 heaped tbsp paprika to taste,
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, 5 tbsp brown sugar or to taste, 3 tbsps
L&P sauce, 1 tbsp yellow mustard , 1 tsp chicken stock granules, salt to taste
Sausage buns, Salad leaf
【Method】
1. In a non-stick heavy bottom pot, combine all ingredients including SUPER
Charcoal Roasted White Coffee -Classic and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until mixture is thick.(pic 1-5)
2. Adjust seasonings to taste & turn off heat.
3. Slit a sausage bun in the middle, spread some butter & lay salad leaf.
4. Spoon the coffee pork filling over & serve immediately.(pic 6)
