棉花糖夹心蛋糕 Mallow Lava Cake

材料:

半甜巧克力粒185克、牛油60克、黄糖30克+1/4茶匙盐、A蛋2粒、香草味香精1/2茶匙、普通面粉120克(筛过)、大棉花糖6粒

陶瓷小碗4个(涂油)、糖霜少许

做法:

1。 把烤炉预热至180ºC。

2。 隔水煮巧克力和牛油至溶解,然后让它冷却10分钟。

3。 把糖、鸡蛋和香精加入溶解巧克力里,搅拌至完全混合后加入面粉。

4。 把材料倒入陶瓷碗里,至半满即可。

5。 把1粒半的棉花糖放在面糊中间,压紧后再倒入面糊,把棉花糖掩盖。

6。 放入预热烤炉里烤12-15分钟至表面裂开。

7。 从烤炉取出蛋糕后冷却约10分钟才以小刀沿碗边刮出。

8。 把蛋糕面向上置碟,撒入糖霜即可。

Ingredients

185 g semisweet chocolate chips

60 g butter

30 g brown sugar + ¼ tsp salt

2 “Grade A” eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

120 g plain flour, sifted

6 large marshmallows

4 oven proof ramekins, greased properly

icing sugar for dusting

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180*C.
  2. Place a bowl over simmering water, stir chocolate chips and butter until melted and smooth. Remove and leave to cool about 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla into melted chocolate until well blended. Stir in flour.
  4. Fill the ramekins with chocolate batter about halfway.
  5. Press 1 ½ large piece marshmallow into the center of the batter in each ramekin. Spoon remaining batter equally over marshmallows, completely covering.
  6. Bake in the center of a pre-heated convection oven until tops are puffed up and crackly, 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool about 10 minutes, then run a knife along inside of ramekins and invert to release cakes.
  8. Place right side up on plates. Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar, done.
