爆炒亚洲伊面Braised Asian Style Yee Mee

【材料】
鸡柳肉80克(剁碎)、鱼饼60克、虾仁100克、红萝卜80克(随意切块)、包菜80克(切丝)、菜心100克(
切段)、炸伊面200克(浸水3分钟)、麻油1汤匙
【腌料】
白糖1⁄4茶匙、盐1⁄4茶匙、胡椒粉1⁄8茶匙、油1茶匙、生粉1茶匙
【酱汁】混合
蚝油1汤匙、酱油1汤匙、盐、胡椒粉及白糖各1⁄4茶
匙、清水200毫升+1⁄2茶匙鸡粉
【做法】
1.鸡肉碎加入调味料腌匀待用。
2 . 启动K H I N D全自动智能电炒锅,倒入麻油,按“STIR FRY”键加热约30秒,加入腌鸡肉碎、
虾肉,然后选择“STIR FRY”功能炒1分钟。
3.把酱汁和其他材料连同伊面一起加入。
4.选择“BRAISE“功能键,设时5分钟,焖煮至面条变软即可。

【Ingredients】
80g chicken fillet (coarsely chopped), 60g fish cake (diced),
100g shelled prawns, 80g carrot(cut into desired shapes), 80g
cabbage(sliced), 100g choy sam(cut sections), 200g prefried egg
noodles (yee mee, soaked for 3 minutes), 1 tbsp sesame oil
【Marinade】
1⁄4 tsp sugar, 1⁄4 tsp salt, 1⁄8 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp cornflour
【Sauce】combined
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1⁄4 tsp salt, 1⁄4 tsp pepper,
1⁄4 tsp sugar, 200 ml water mixed with 1⁄2 tsp chicken stock powder
【Method】
1.Marinate minced chicken meat with seasoning and set aside.
2.Add sesame oil into KHIND Stir Fryer, switch “ON” then press
“STIR FRY” to heat the oil for 30 seconds, add marinated chicken
and prawns, select “STIR FRY” button, cook for 1 minute.
3.Pour in sauce, noodles and the rest of the ingredients.
4.Choose “BRAISE” function and cook for 5 minutes or until noodles
are softened.
