猪光宝气 Stir Fried Pork Belly with Soy Bean Paste

【材料】
五花肉500克、蒜头3瓣
【调味料】
绍兴酒适量、豆酱1汤匙、黑酱油1汤匙、糖1茶匙
【做法】
1. 五花肉切薄块后洗净滴干,用绍兴酒腌制半小时,放置一旁待用。
2. 热锅,爆香预先拍扁的蒜头,倒入五花肉片爆香至略为焦香即可。 (图1-2)
3. 加入调味料和适量开水,兜炒均匀后,盖锅焖煮至肉软,即可享用。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
500g pork belly, 3 pips garlic
【Seasoning】
some chinese wine, 1 tbsp soy bean paste, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar
【Method】
1. Cut the pork belly into thin strip, marinade with chinese wine for about 30 minutes, set aside.
2. Heat wok, saute garlic till fragrant, add in pork belly, stir fry till slightly brown.(pic1-2)
3. Add in seasoning and some water, stir fry well, cover with lid and braised till meat is tender and fully cooked. Serve hot.(pic 3-4)
