芒果糯米饭 Glutinous Rice with Mango

 

【材料】

芒果3个、糯米300克、水300ml、椰浆350ml、糖200g、盐少许

【糖浆材料】

椰浆120ml、糖10g、盐少许、生粉1茶匙+1汤匙水

【做法】

将糯米洗净和水放入电饭锅里,煮熟成糯米饭。(图1-2)

另外煮滚椰浆、糖和盐,熄火备用。

将煮好的糯米饭倒入椰糖浆里拌匀盖好。冷却一小时。

糖浆做法:将椰浆、糖、盐放入锅里煮开,用生粉,勾芡即成。

将芒果去核去皮,洗净切片和糯米饭摆盘。(图3-4)

淋上糖浆,撒上芝麻点缀(随意)即可享用。

【Ingredients】

3 mango, 300g glutinous rice, 300ml water, 350ml coconut milk, 200g sugar, dash of salt

【Syrup Ingredients】

120ml coconut milk, 10g sugar, dash of salt, 1tsp corn flour+ 1tbsp water

【Method】

Wash glutinous rice, place in electric rice cooker, add in water and cook into glutinous rice.(pic 1-2)

Boil coconut milk with sugar and salt, set aside.

Mix the cooked rice with coconut milk sauce and let cool down for 1 hour.

Method for syrup: bring coconut milk , syrup and salt, thicken with corn flour.

Peel mango, cut into slices and arrange with sticky rice on plate.(pic 3-4)

Pour in syrup, garnish with some toasted sesame seeds (optional).
