Bee Hoon Soto 鸡汤米粉
材料:
米粉 2 片、鸡肉 500克、汤料2 包、洋葱2 粒、
鸡精块1 块、盐1 茶匙、肉桂1枝、丁香5粒、八角3粒
辣椒酱材料:
青辣椒50克、蒜头50克、酱油 35毫升
装饰:
炸葱油、香菜、鸡蛋、豆芽
做法:
1. 将鸡肉、 汤包、洋葱、盐、鸡精块以及所有香料放入Midea气压锅内,注入
1.5 公升清水, 选择soup 功能,设时30分钟。
2. 把青辣椒,蒜头,酱油一起放入Midea食物搅拌器打幼备用。
3. 锅内煮滚水, 放入米粉煮至软,捞起滴干水备用,盛入碗中。
4.Midea气压锅排气后打开盖子,将汤汁倒在米粉上,摆上鸡肉丝,炸葱,鸡蛋,豆芽,即可趁热享用。
Ingredients:
2 pieces vermicelli, 500g chicken, 2 soto soup, 2 big onion, 1 chicken stock, 1 tsp salt, 1 stick cinnamon, 3 clove, 3 anise star
Chilli Sauce Ingredients:
50g green chilli, 50g garlic, 35ml soy sauce
Garnishing:
Some crispy onion, some coriander leaves, egg, beansprouts
Method:
1. Add chicken, onion, soup seasoning, all spices and salt into Midea Pressure cooker , pour in 1.5 litre water, select “soup” function key, cook for 30 minutes.
2. Add all chilli ingredients into the food processor and blend into fine pieces.
3. Bring a pot of boiling water, blanch vermicelli till cooked. Dish vermicelli into a serving bowl.
4. Relieve the pressure before open the lid, pour the soup over the vermicelli. Top with chicken shredded, crispy onion, eggs and beansprouts, serve hot.
