【底层材料】
200克Julie’s Love Letters Chocolate Cream (搅碎)
、溶解牛油100克
【芝士奶油馅材料】
philladelphia芝士500克(室温)、盐
½茶匙、糖粉100克、粟粉
½汤匙、面粉10克、A蛋2粒、无糖鲜奶油125毫升
【顶料】
鲜奶油100克、5条Julie’s Love Letters Chocolate Cream
(搅碎)、5条Julie’s Love Letters Strawberry Flavoured Cream (搅碎)
挞模(涂油)
【底层做法】
在大碗内将搅碎的Julie’s Love Letters Chocolate Cream
与溶解牛油拌匀,压入涂油的挞模,收入冰箱冷藏备用。
【芝士奶油馅料做法】
1.    用电动搅拌器,将芝士、盐及糖拌打至浓稠,加入粟粉及面粉,拌匀。
2.    加入鸡蛋拌打至细滑。
3.    将馅料填入挞模内,放在烤盆上。
4.    将烤盆放在装了2cm水的烤盘中,放入预热至170℃的烤
炉烤20分钟或至竹签插入干净取出。
5.    取出,待冷后收入冰箱。
【装饰】
顶部挤上奶油霜,再铺上Julie’s Love Letters 两种不同口
味的饼干碎,冷吃。
【Base Ingredients】
200g Julie’s Love Letters Chocolate Cream (crushed
finely), 100g melted butter
【Cake ingredients】
500g philladelphia cream cheese (at room temperature), ½ tsp salt, 100g castor sugar, ½ tbsps cornflour, 10g plain
flour, 2 Grade A eggs, 125ml dairy non sweetened cream
【Topping】
100g whipped cream, 5 pcs Julie’s Love Letters
Chocolate Cream (crushed finely), 5 pcs Julie’s Love
Letters Strawberry Flavoured Cream (crushed finely)
Tart moulds (greased)
【To Prepare Base】
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Julie’s Love Letters
Chocolate Cream with the melted butter till well mixed and
press onto the greased tart mould, refrigerate until needed.
【To prepare cheese filling】
1.    In an electric beater, beat cream cheese with salt, sugar
until cheese is creamy. Beat in corn flour until well mixed.
2.    Beat in eggs until just mixed.
3.    Pour the cheese mixture over chilled base, place on the tray.
4.    Place tray into oven with water 2 cm height, bake at 145℃
for 1 hour or until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
5.    Remove from oven, leave to cool and refrigerate.
【To decorate】
Decorate with extra whipped cream topped with the crushed Julie’s Love Letters . Serve chilled. (pic 8-12)
