    松饼做起来真的非常简单快手,不论是当做早餐还是下午茶的点心都非常合适,可口而膨松的松饼加入黑糖珍珠增加口感,好吃极了。

    Step 1

    所有材料放入碗中,搅拌均匀。Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mixes well.

    Step 2

    搅拌好了面糊,等侍发酵30分钟。Let the batter rise for 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    不沾锅,无需要放油,中火热锅。Heat non-stick pan with medium heat.

    Step 4

    倒¼杯面糊进锅,面煳会随着锅热自己变圆。Pour ¼ cup of batter into pan; it will form into round shape automatically after heating.

    Step 5

    面糊细密泡泡时候可以翻面,煎10秒。Once the surface of batter turns into fine bubbles, flip over and sear for another 10 seconds and dish out.

    Step 6

    吃法 : 吃时淋上黑糖,撒上黑糖珍珠即可享用。Drizzle with some brown sugar and serve with pearls ball.
