    Step 1

    以调味料A腌鱼块,然后排碟,围上花肉片,以大火蒸10分钟或至鱼熟即可,倒掉蒸汁。Lightly marinate fish with seasoning A. Place fish on a plate and arrange belly pork by the side. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked. Remove and drain away the liquid.

    Step 2

    起锅热2汤匙油,把材料B炒香,然后加入调味料,煮至香。Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute ingredients B until fragrant. Add seasonings B and stir-fry until aromatic.

    Step 3

    把煮好的酱汁淋在蒸鱼上即可。Spoon prepared sauce over the fish.

    Step 4

    装饰上桌。Add garnishing and serve.
