    Step 1

    把虾修剪洗净滴干。Trim the feelers of prawns. Rinse and drain dry.

    Step 2

    用热油把蒜茸爆香,盛出待用。取3汤匙蒜油和酱料混合。Saute garlic in hot oil until golden,crispy and fragrant.Remove garlic crisps out and mix 3 tbsp garlic oil with sauce ingredients.

    Step 3

    用1汤匙混合酱料腌虾,然后大火蒸8-10分钟至熟。Season the prawns with 1 tablespoon prepared sauce ingredients and arrange on a steamer. Steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes until prawns change colour.

    Step 4

    吃时撒上爆蒜茸和淋上酱料,再装饰即可。To serve:Spoon garlic crisps and remaining sauce over the prawns again.Add garnishing.
