    冬笋是一种高蛋白、低淀粉食品,对肥胖症、冠心病、高血压、糖尿病和动脉硬化等患者有一定的食疗作用。它所含的多糖物质,还具有一定的抗癌作用。

    Step 1

    将花肉放入滚水里,用小火煮20分钟至熟,捞起,切厚片。Blanch pork belly into boiling water with low heat for 20 minutes till cook, drain and cut thick slices.

    Step 2

    用4大匙油爆香蒜茸和葱头仔,加入咖哩叶,辣椒干和洋葱炒香。Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok, saute chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, toss in curry leaves, dried chilli and onion, stir fry well.

    Step 3

    加入咖哩粉炒香,加入花肉片和冬笋炒匀。Add in curry powder, pork belly and winter bamboo shoot, stir fry well.

    Step 4

    加入水和调味料焖2分钟后加入浓椰浆炒匀至滚,即可。Pour in water and seasoning, simmer 2 minutes, add in coconut milk, bring to boil, done.
