南瓜蟹肉蘑菇汤 Pumpkin Crab Meat Mushroom Soup

【材料】
小南瓜1粒、熟蟹肉100克、罐头蘑菇汤1罐、清水1杯、乾玫瑰碎适量
【调味料]
新鲜百里香2支、海盐适量、砂糖适量
【做法】
1. 南瓜切半,洗净去籽,放入锅内蒸20分钟至南瓜肉软化,即可取出备用。(图1)
2. 将罐头蘑菇汤倒入汤锅内,加入1杯清水和调味料,不停搅拌,小火慢煮至滚。(图2)
3. 加入蟹肉,继续煮3分钟后,即可熄火。
4. 将南瓜分别放入小碗内,倒入热汤,撒上适量的乾玫瑰碎,(图3-4)
5. 趁热连同南瓜一起享用。

【Ingredients】
1 small pumpkin, 100g cooked crab meat, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 cup water, some dried
rose petals
【Seasonings】
2 stalk fresh thyme, dash of sea salt and sugar to taste
【Method】
1. Halve pumpkin, seeded, wash and steam for 20 minutes or until soften, set aside. (pic 1)
2. Boil cream of mushroom in pot with 1 cup of water, stir in low heat with added seasoning
until boiled.(pic 2)
3. Add in crab meat and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
4. Place pumpkin and mushroom soup in small serving bowl, sprinkle dried rose petals on top
and serve immediately.(pic 3-4)
