把烤箱预热至180°C备用。把配方中筋面粉、糖粉拌匀后过筛,然好加入加入 花生粉和盐拌拌匀. Preheat the oven to 180°C until use. Mix the flour and icing sugar, sifted, then add the grounded peanut and salt and mix well.
加入奶油和花生油拌成团。 Add in cream and peanut oil and mix into dough.
然后把打好的粉团分割约12克1粒,压至紧实后轻 轻搓圆。把搓好的粉团球放在已铺上不沾烤盘纸的烤盘上。 Then divide the dough into about 12g each, press and shape round.Place the dough balls on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
在粉团球上轻轻按出小圆圈。 Gently press a small circle on the dough ball.
把清水加入蛋黄拌匀后过滤。在粉团球表面刷上少许蛋黄液。 Add water to egg yolk and mix well, and then filter. Brush a little egg yolk on the surface of the dough ball.
放入已预热的烤箱,以上火180°C,下火180°C烘烤 20分钟. Place in a preheated oven, use both the up and down bake element at 180°C for 20 minutes.
