    Step 1

    准备蒸笼加水煮滚,铺上湿布蒸,然后将沥干水份的糯米倒入,加盖用大火蒸大约45分钟,不过需要不断的开盖用手沾上水,洒在糯米上,蒸至熟透。Boil water in steamer, cover cloth on steaming tray, pour in drained glutinous rice, steam in high heat for 45 minutes;sprinkle water on top of rice during a few intervals until thoroughly cooked.

    Step 2

    烧热3汤匙油,蒜茸和虾米同时倒入,爆香至虾米干身,即可加入瘦肉和冬菇炒至熟透,才加入鸡蛋液,快手搅拌炒至鸡蛋熟。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, saute garlic and dried shrimp until dried shrimp dry up;toss in meat and mushroom and stir-fry until cooked;add in egg sauce and stir-fry briskly until cooked.

    Step 3

    加入蒸熟的糯米和调味料炒匀,接着加入花生米拌匀,即可倒在蒸盘上,用大火再蒸20分钟。Toss in steamed glutinous rice and seasoning, follow with peanut and then place onto tray again and steam for another 20 minutes.

    Step 4

    上碟,撒上装饰料即可享用。To serve, sprinkle garnishing on top.
