    Step 1

    把巧克力海绵蛋糕放在烤模的内圈。Place the chocolate sponge cake on the small ring of the baking mould.

    Step 2

    把鲜奶倒入锅内煮滚,然后加入巧克力煮至溶解,然后让它降温至30℃。Pour the fresh milk into a pan and bring to a boil, then add chocolate converture, stir until chocolate dissolved. Let the mixture cool until 30℃.

    Step 3
