    鸭肉可以起到补血行水的功效,它的食疗效果也很明显,特别是皮肤干燥的女性,可以经常喝些鸭汤。而桂花鸭汤,不仅有桂花的清雅香气,还有醇厚的鸭肉鲜美,能够起到美白肌肤、养生润燥,和胃生津的作用。

    Step 1

    光鸭洗净后下锅汆烫一下,去除血水备用。Wash the duck and blanch it in a boiling water to remove the blood and set aside.

    Step 2

    鸭子内外用盐和鱼露擦匀;腌制半小时备用。Rub the inside and outside of the duck with salt and fish sauce; marinate for half an hour for later use.

    Step 3

    取干桂花、姜片、蒜头和葱加入掩盖过鸭子的清水,用小火熬煮20分钟。Arrange dried osmanthus, ginger slices, garlic and green onions into the water that has covered the duck and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Step 4

    把腌制好的鸭子放入卤水里大火煮滚后,转小火卤制1小时或到个人喜爱的软度,即可取出放凉砍件上桌享用。Put the marinated duck in the stewed sauce and boil it over high heat. Turn to low heat and marinate for 1 hour or until it reaches the softness you like, serve.
