    Directions

    皮爽肉滑,鲜香不腻的白切鸡,配上姜蒜蓉美味极了。

    Step 1

    鸡洗净,以1汤匙盐搽均匀鸡身内外。Wash chicken and marinate in and out with 1 tbsp salt.

    Step 2

    把腌料塞入鸡肚内腌制2-3小时以上。Stuff condiments into chicken’s abdomen and marinate for 2-3 hours or more.

    Step 3

    蒸锅煮滚水放入鸡以大火蒸15分钟后,熄火不开盖焗10分钟。Steam chicken with high heat for 15 minutes; and then off heat and let chicken stay in steamer for another 10 minutes before open the lid.

    Step 4

    取出鸡,把麻油1汤匙搽在鸡身后放在一旁待凉,斩件排碟。Remove chicken from steamer, rub with 1 tbsp sesame oil and let cool before chop into pieces.

    Step 5

    把蘸料捣烂后加入生抽或细盐拌均匀,即可沾以鸡肉享用。Pound dipping sauce ingredients and mix in soy sauce and serve with chicken.
