    Step 1

    素肉切细,加入萝卜丝、芋头丝、芹菜,再加上调味料和地瓜粉拌匀。Finely chop the vegetarian meat and mix it with shredded carrots, taro, celery, along with the seasoning and sweet potato starch.

    Step 2

    取出一张腐皮,取出适量的馅料铺放在腐皮,卷起,封口涂上面糊。Take one sheet of bean curd skin, place an appropriate amount of the filling on it, roll it up, and seal the edges by brushing with the batter.

    Step 3

    锅内放入油,将素肉卷以小火炸至金黄色即可。Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetarian meat rolls over low heat until golden brown.
