    Step 1

    老豆腐切片撒上少许盐,置放20分钟。Sprinkle the hard tofu slices with a little salt and set aside for 20 minutes.

    Step 2

    把豆腐沾上粟粉再裹上鸡蛋液,以热油煎至两面微焦香。Dip the tofu into corn flour and coat with egg, fry until both sides golden brown.

    Step 3

    倒入酱汁煮滚后淋上豆腐即可。Bring the sauce to a boil, then pour over the tofu.
