    Step 1

    将菜远叶用剪刀修整齐备用。烧热半锅水,加入适量盐和糖,放入菜远烫熟上碟。 Trim green vegetable of your choice nicely.Heat up half wok of water with dash of salt & sugar; blanch vegetable until cooked, drain.

    Step 2

    将酱材料研磨至细备用。 Blend all the sauce ingredients and set aside

    芋头粒放入少许五香粉拌匀 Coat yam cubes with 5 spiced powder

    用油爆熟备用。 deep fry until cooked.

    Step 5

    斋烧鹅切丁,用油炸脆备用。 Cut mock roasted goose into cubes and then deep fry until crispy.

    Step 6

    烧热适量油爆香姜茸,先放下B料冬菇炒香后,再加入全部B料炒香。加入D味料炒香,再加入E料煮至汁浓淋上菜远上面,最后放上C料即可享用。 Heat some oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, then add in mushroom of B and sauté until fragrant; and then add in other B ingredients and stir fry. 6. Toss in D and then add E and cook until gravy thicken, dish out and pour over the vegetable and sprinkle C on top.
