    极为简单平淡的鸡肉卷,沾染上了茉莉的香味与气质,一下子似乎也雅致了几分。茉莉花具有辛、甘、凉、清热解毒、利湿、安神、镇静作用,可治下痢腹痛、目赤肿痛、疮疡肿毒等病症。

    Step 1

    用刀背剁几下鸡胸肉,再把鸡扒修整齐倒入碗内,再放入鱼露,蚝油抓拌均匀,腌制片刻备用。Chop the chicken breast a few times with the back of a knife, then marinate with some fish sauce, oyster sauce, mix evenly.

    Step 2

    胡萝卜、青瓜洗净削皮、切成条状,切成段备用。Peel carrots and cucumbers, cut into strips, and cut into sections for later use.

    Step 3

    腌制好的鸡腿扒肉平铺开,放入红萝卜条、青瓜条和茉莉花用锡纸由内往外捉紧,用力包卷起来。Flat the chicken thigh, arrange carrot strips, cucumber strips and jasmine on top, roll it up and tie vigorously.

    把鸡腿卷端上蒸笼大火蒸10分钟取出放凉备用。Put the chicken rolls on the steamer and steam for 10 minutes, take it out and let cool for later use.

    取平底锅烧热,用黄油把蒸好的鸡腿卷慢火煎至表面呈金黄色,淋上少许酱油,即可切成小块摆盘享用。Heat some butter in a pan, fry the steamed chicken roll slowly until the surface is golden brown, drizzle with a little soy sauce, then cut into small pieces and serve.
