    用厨房纸巾吸干排骨水分,把所有的材料加入搅拌均匀后放入冰箱腌制一 小时以上。 Pat dry pork ribs and marinate with all other ingredients, keep in fridge for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    把腌制好的排骨放入耐高温的碟子。把水煮滚后放入蒸盘,以中大火蒸约 20分钟。 Place marinated ribs on heat proof plate. Steam the ribs for 20 minutes after water reach boiling point, done.
