    心得交流站 : 银杏不可以焖太老,否则就失去口感。

    Step 1

    将鸡肉加入调味料A拌匀,腌制2小时。Marinate chicken with seasoning A for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    烧热1汤匙油,爆香姜片和冬菇,然后加入腌制好的鸡肉炒匀才加入调味料B,煮至鸡肉熟透。加入银杏,关小火焖5分钟,试味即可盛起。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté ginger and Chinese mushroom until fragrant,toss in chicken and then add in seasoning B,simmer till chicken cook through,add in gingko and cook for further 5 minutes,adjust taste and dish out.

    Step 3

    装饰后即可马上享用。Garnish and serve.
