    Step 1

    将全部材料预先拌均匀。Mix all ingredients thoroughly in advance.

    Step 2

    用中火不停搅拌至浓稠,取出斑斓叶。Stir continuously over medium heat until thickened, then remove the pandan leaves.

    Step 3

    把液体倒入模型中,待凉后放入冰箱冷藏至少两个小时。Pour the mixture into a mold and allow it to cool before placing it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

    Step 4

    将粟米糕脱模,切开趁冰凉品尝。Unmold the corn pudding, slice and serve cold.
