    Step 1

    将糯米洗净和水放入电饭锅里,煮熟成糯米饭。Wash glutinous rice, place in electric rice cooker, add in water and cook into glutinous rice.

    Step 2

    另外煮滚椰浆、糖和盐,熄火备用。Boil coconut milk with sugar and salt, set aside.

    Step 3

    将煮好的糯米饭倒入椰糖浆里拌匀盖好。冷却一小时。 Mix the cooked rice with coconut milk sauce and let cool down for 1 hour.

    Step 4

    糖浆做法:将椰浆、糖、盐放入锅里煮开,用生粉,勾芡即成。 Method for syrup: bring coconut milk , syrup and salt, thicken with corn flour.

    Step 5

    将芒果去核去皮,洗净切片和糯米饭摆盘。Peel mango, cut into slices and arrange with sticky rice on plate.

    Step 6

    淋上糖浆,撒上芝麻点缀(随意)即可享用。Pour in syrup, garnish with some toasted sesame seeds (optional).
