培根烤蔬菜卷 Grilled Vege Bacon Rolls

【材料】
培根20片、芦笋10条、玉米心5条、红萝卜1条
【酱料】
辣椒酱3汤匙、美奶兹3汤匙、日本芥茉酱适量
【做法】
1. 将芦笋、玉米心及红萝卜分别切成2寸长条,放入滚水 中川烫,捞出冲冷水,沥干待用。(图1-4)
2. 把培根摊开,将芦笋、玉米心及红萝卜各1条排在培根 上并卷起,然后排放在嘉威太空双宝烤架上,以140℃
烤约8-10分钟,反转蔬菜卷再烤约2-3分钟,便可取出 上碟。(图5-8)
3. 把酱料拌匀,挤在蔬菜卷上便可享用。

【Ingredients】
20 pcs bacon, 10 pcs asparagus, 5 mini corn, 1 carrot
【Sauce ingredients】
3 tbsp chilli sauce, 3 tbsp mayonaise, some wasabi to
taste
【Method】
1. Cut asparagus, carrot and mini corn into 2 cm long strips, blanced them in boilling water, drain.(pic 1-4)
2. Flatten bacon, place one carrot, asparagus and corn on top, roll up. Place bacon rolls on the tray of
Cadware Space Oven Wok, bake at 140℃ for 8-10minutes. Turn the bacon, continue bake 2 to 3
minutes, done.(pic 5-8)
3. Combine the sauce ingredients togother, sprinkle on the bacon rolls and serve.
