黄芪汽锅鸡 Herbal Steaming Chicken

【材料】
菜园鸡1只(马来鸡)、黄芪20克、青葱2根(切段)、茶树菇10克(浸泡)、姜6片、清水2碗
【调味料】
米酒250毫升、盐适量
【做法】
1. 将鸡切成中等大小块,放入沸水中川烫一下,捞出洗净沥乾。(图1)
2. 把全部材料一同放入汽锅中,并加入2碗水和调味料。(图2-5)
3. 盖上汽锅盖,隔水用高温蒸1小时即可。

【Ingredients】
1 farm chicken, 20g BeiQi, 2 stalks spring onion (cut sections), 10g Cha Shu mushroom (soaked), 6 slices
ginger, 2 bowls water
【Seasoning】
250ml rice wine, dash of salt
【Method】
1. Chop chicken into chunk pieces and then blanch in boiling water, wash and drain. (pic 1)
2. Put all ingredients into steaming pot, add in seasoning and 2 bowls of water. (pic 2-5)
3. Cover the pot and double boil in high heat for 1 hour, done.
